The Chicago Playback Theatre Ensemble (CPTE) collaborates with community partners in the greater Chicago area to create performances and educational workshops designed to build community by bringing real audience stories to life on the spot. We use our unique improvisational storytelling approach to spark dialogue, broaden perspectives, and promote healing by celebrating and validating the truths of the stories we receive.
